Our clinical nutrition clinic is scrupulously followed by Drs Giovanna Sbernardori and Margherita Merola, nutritionist biologists who deal with food counseling, that is, they prepare meal plans for every physical and pathological situation and for all ages. The goal is not only weight loss but also support for patients with chronic diseases, where nutrition plays a fundamental role. Competent and experienced in the treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, gastritis, thyroid disorders, food intolerances, pregnancy and breastfeeding, anorexia, bulimia and malnutrition. Dr. Sbernardori is also specialized in sports nutrition.

How is the food plan drawn up?

FIRST VISIT: during the first visit, body composition analysis will be carried out, measurements will be taken and an analysis of eating habits will be made. Getting to know the patient is important in order to be able to propose a food plan suited to his needs and suitable for achieving the objectives set within the established times.

FOOD PLAN: the food plan is always customized and drawn up on the basis of the information collected for each individual patient. The patient is then supported by the same doctor over the following days for any concerns or questions.

CHECK-UP VISITS: check-ups are scheduled according to the doctor’s instructions and are necessary to monitor the results obtained and to make any adjustments to the food plan.
